1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrackThatGame platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2 User Conduct

We expect our users to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and integrity. When using TrackThatGame, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory.
• Manipulate tournament scores or results in bad faith.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

3 Subscription Fees & Payments

Certain features of TrackThatGame require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service.

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our fee structure upon 30 days' notice.

4 Intellectual Property

All content on TrackThatGame, including software, logos, designs, and text, is the exclusive property of TrackThatGame Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the tournament data and team information you upload, but you grant TrackThatGame a worldwide license to host, store, and display that content as part of the service provided to you and your tournament participants.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackThatGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. We provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
